Tottenham have agreed a compensation package for Cystal Palace winer Wayne Routledge.

The out-of-contract winger is believed to have agreed terms with Spurs, but the move had been delayed with Palace reportedly wanting £3m in compensation.

Because of his age the Palace winger is not available on a free transfer even though his current contract has expired.

Routledge made his debut aged just 16 as a substitute against West Brom in the League Cup in 2001.
