Torino have sacked their coach Giancarlo Camolese after the club’s disappointing start to the new campaign which has seen them pick up just one win this season.
Their only Serie A victory came last week against Chievo, but Torino were knocked out of the Coppa Italia last night after a home defeat to Empoli. The club currently lie third from bottom of Serie A with just three points from their opening five matches.
Camolese has already received the dreaded vote of confidence from the club’s board but it would apppear that last night’s Coppa Italia exit was the final straw.
