Here’s your daily round-up of the latest transfer gossip from World Soccer.

ODEGAARD TO ARSENAL

Reports from Spain say that Martin Odegaard is close to completing a move to Arsenal on loan from Real Madrid. It’s fair to say that this has come out of nowhere, and is somewhat surprising given Mikel Arteta already has a number of exciting young players to choose from in his current squad.

That being said, the 22-year-old was once regarded as one of the brightest prospects in the world, and it’ll certainly be interesting to see how he fares in the Premier League should he move to the Emirates.

ERIKSEN TO LEICESTER

Christian Eriksen has been linked with a move back to the Premier League since the transfer window reopened earlier this month. Leicester City became the latest side to be linked with making a move for the Inter Milan midfielder, but The Foxes aren’t going to be able to afford his wages.

According to the Telegraph, Leicester have ruled out a move for Eriksen, purely because of his £300,000-a-week wages.

ALLI TO PSG

It wouldn’t be a daily round-up if we didn’t give you an update on Dele Alli. According to 90min, the 24-year-old midfielder has asked Tottenham Hotspur chairman Daniel Levy not to block a potential move to Paris Saint-Germain.
