Sochaux have sacked coach Guy Lacombe, the French first division side has confirmed.
Abdel Djaadaoui has been named caretaker coach in the buildup to the 2005-2006 season which is now just over three weeks away.
Lacombe has suffered a fractious relationship with Socheaux chief Jean-Claude Plessis, although the pair had apparently resolved their differences recently with Plessis recently declaring that Lacombe would be staying in charge.
Lacombe, 49, has been linked with his former club Nantes.
