Croatia coach Zlatko Kranjcar has retained faith with the players who won their opening World Cup qualifiers, for the match against Bulgaria in Zagreb on October 9.

The only addition to the squad is Club Bruge’s striker Bosko Balaban, who played in the 1-0 friendly win over Israel last month.

Croatia lead Group Eight with six points ahead of Sweden, Bulgaria and Hungary, who each have three. Iceland and Malta have no points.
