Chinese international midfielder Qu Bo has agreed a deal with Tottenham and will join the Premier League club at the start of next season.
The 21-year-old has agreed terms with the London club and will complete the deal oncehe has undergone a medical.
Spurs had initially hoped to sign the player last year after he impressed during a loan period, but his request for a work permit was declined because at the time he had not played enough games for his country. This time around, the granting of a permit is expectd to be a formality.
Qu becomes the third Cinese player to move to the Premiership, following in the footsteps of Li Tie at Everton and Manchester City defender Sun Jihai.
