Tottenham defender Christian Ziege has admitted that he is contemplating a return to Germany.
The former Bayern Munich defender, whose career has been hampered by injury, is tempted by a return to Germany so that his children can grow up in their homeland.
“I’ve still got the Premier League at the moment, but I’ve been away from Germany for seven years now and my children don’t know what it’s like growing up in their own country,” Ziege told Kicker.
“I haven’t been in contact with any Bundesliga clubs yet, but I could well imagine going back to play there,” added Ziege. Ê
