Milan chief Carlo Ancelotti is confident Kaka will be fit to face Arsenal in the Champions League next week.

Kaka is a concern for Milan after suffering a recurrence of a knee problem in last weekend’s victory over Palermo. He is set to miss this week’s Serie A games with Catania and Lazio, but Ancelotti hopes a period of rest will ensure his availability for the Arsenal encounter on 4th March.

“We think that Kaka will be able to recover for the Arsenal game, but we will have to see what happens over the next few days,” Ancelotti suggested.

“I don’t think that he will be back for Saturday, but we will have to wait for more news.”
