Celta Vigo look set to confirm Radomir Antic as their new manager after revealing that the Serb is the only man to have held talks with the club.
The former Atletico Madrid and Barcelona boss has left negotiations up to his representative Gorka Arrinda who spent all day Tuesday speaking to Celta.
“If he reaches agreement with Celta, then it would be very welcome,” said Antic.
Antic will probably be given a contract until the end of the season with an option to extend depending on the team’s performances under his control.
Antic was reportedly close to getting the job when Lotina, who was sacked on Monday, took charge 18-months ago.
