England should have few problems getting a result against Estonia this Saturday and moving one step closer to qualifying for Euro 2008 – 15:00 BBC1

Spanish coach Luis Aragones has launched a scathing attack on Raul, saying the Real Madrid striker had won nothing when playing for his country.

Raul, 30, has not played for Spain for a year, despite his impressive club form.

Confronted by a supporter over the fact at the end of a team training session, Aragones pointed out that Raul had failed to take home a winner’s medal from three World Cups and two European championships.

The exchange was caught by television cameras on Wednesday evening and rebroadcast the following day.

In an interview Wednesday on the Spanish Football Federation’s website Aragones said Raul “had been given a raw deal for a player of his talent”.

With Valencia striker David Villa out injured, Aragones chose Espanyol’s Raul Tamudo for the Denmark match, ahead of the Real Madrid striker.
