Michael Ballack, who is considering a new contract offfer from Bayern Munich, admits he remains undecided about his long-term plans.

The future of the German international at Bayern Munich is in some doubt as he is currently in the final year of his contract at the Allianz Arena.

Ballack, who will be free to negotiate with otehr clubs in January, has been linked with moves to Manchester United and Real Madrid, and Bayern are keen to thrash out a new deal.

Ballack says no decision has been made.

“The situation hasn’t changed,” he Ballack. “I’ll announce my decision as soon as it’s been taken.”

Bayern coach Felix Magath is hopeful Ballack will sign a new deal to keep him in Munich.

“He’s the focal point of the team, the man who dictates the rhythm. I believe he appreciates what he’s got here,” stated Magath.
