Thierry Henry and Andres Iniesta have resumed full training ahead of the Champions League final and are expected to play in Wednesday’s shopwpiece.

The duo had been doubtful for Barcelona’s meeting with Manchester United in Rome on Wednesday. However, both men came through a light work-out on Monday and will take their place in Pep Guardiola’s squad.

Henry injured his right knee during Barcelona’s 6-2 victory at Real Madrid on 2nd May, while Iniesta suffered a thigh strain during a 3-3 draw with Villarreal on 10th May.

After a difficult first year at Barcelona, Henry has scored 25 goals this season and will be hoping to resume his prolific partnership with fellow strikers Lionel Messi and Samuel Eto’o.

Iniesta, meanwhile, is eager to feature in the final after scoring the last-gasp equaliser at Chelsea in the last four which sent the Catalan outfit to the final on away goals.
