Swiss league leaders Basel have signed Argentine midfielder Francisco Guerrero on loan from Zurich until the end of the season.
Guerrero, 27, will make his debut at Young Boys on Sunday when the Swiss league season recommences after the winter break.
Coach Christian Grosssigned Guerrero after Swiss internationals Hakan Yakin and Marco Streller joined German side Stuttgart during the break.
Basel lead the Swiss first division after dropping just two points in the opening 18 games of the season.
