LA Galaxy have confirmed that they are ‘open to the idea’ of David Beckham’s loan move this month but ‘only if their terms are agreed’ according to Skysports.
Tottenham are believed to be the frontrunners to sign Beckham and the former England captain favours a move to a London club.
Tottenham boss Harry Redknapp said at the weekend: “One thing is for sure – David is not coming here for the money. He is a multi-millionaire. He just wants to play football and that tells you everything you need to know about him.”
A number of Premier League clubs in addition to Spurs are among those keen on bringing in the former Manchester United star on a temporary basis.
Blackburn Rovers, in particular, have confirmed a strong interest in signing the 35-year-old, while the managers at Newcastle,Sunderland and Wigan have all discussed Beckham this week.
