David Beckham says he is still in the dark about his prospective move to Milan.

Beckham’s loan spell with the Serie A outfit is set to end on 9th March when he is expected to return to Los Angeles Galaxy.

However, the Italian side have been in negotiations with the MLS club over a permanent move to the San Siro.

Beckham admits to feeling uncomfortable with the situation and frustrated that his future is still unknown.

“Am I staying? It’s not up to me to say,” said Beckham. “Of course it’s an uncomfortable situation , every day someone talks about it and asks me questions.

“But I have managed to keep focused, at least until now.”

Milan exited the Uefa Cup at the hands of Werder Bremen this week, despite leading 3-1 on aggregate at half-time in the second leg.

Beckham, though, insists their elimination from Europe will not affect his desire to stay in Italy.

“You have to ask someone else what’s happening, this situation changes nothing in my desire to stay at this club and I am sure it doesn’t change anything in the wishes of the people here to see me stay.

“At the moment there are just talks and negotiations.”
