Veteran striker Patrick Mboma has been included in Cameroon’s squad for the forthcoming African Nations Cup.

Coach Winfried Schafer had omitted Mboma from his original training squad but came under great pressure to bring him back into the team.

Cameroon are seeking an unprecedented third successive Nations Cup title and play Algeria, Egypt and Zimbabwe in their first round matches.
