Iker Casillas has insisted he has no intention of leaving Real Madrid despite reports linking him with a move to Manchester United.
The Real Madrid keeper is waiting for Real to offer him a new deal so he can commit his future to the capital club.
“My idea is to remain with Real Madrid,” he told As.
“I know it clearly but they have to call me and tell me they want me to continue at the club.
“I cannot do anything more than to continue working hard and helping the team, and I expect that the club will tell me they are happy with me.
“What happens is many things are spoken. It has also been said that I am going to Manchester. It’s normal.
“I thank Manchester for their interest but I want to remain here. I have already said it.”
