Group A Kick-off: 19-45 (BST)

Juventus will be eager to claim their first victory after two draws when they entertain Group A rivals Maccabi Haifa on Matchday 3.

Juventus coach Ciro Ferrara has rallied stressing the importance of a win tonight.

“There is a great desire to restart after coming from a negative period,” Ferrara told the press.

“We have not won for over a month. However, we are obliged to win. You don’t get many chances in Europe, so we need to get the three points.

“Maccabi are a good team and we will face them with respect, but we have to win,” added the coach.

“We have been trying different formations, but I will wait until tomorrow before deciding my team.”

Elisha Levi’s visitors are likely to have other ideas as they hunt their first points following defeats to Bayern Munich and Bordeaux.

“We are on the right track to get our first points in the Champions League,” Boccoli said.

“The two defeats to Bayern Munich and Bordeaux have taught us much.

“They (Juventus) have a team full of superstars and we shouldn’t even be on the pitch on paper,” added the coach.

“However, not all predictions come true in football. We will play our game with respect for the opponent, but we are not scared of them.”
