Marseille striker Djibril Cisse has returned to training for the first time sicne breaking his leg in a World Cup warm up match against China.
The 24-year-old moved to the Stade Velodrome on a season-long loan deal from Liverpool in July.
“There was a little event at La Commanderie today,” an announcement said on the club’s official website.
“More than the preparation for the big match Marseille versus Lyon, Djibril Cisse had his first training session.
“The number nine was on the training ground for the first time, he ran a little and touched the ball.
“He is coming back slowly to avoid risks.”
