Inter coach Hector Cuper could barely contain his fury after watching his side capitulate to Lyon in last night’s Champions League clash.

Lyon were well worth their 2-1 win; a victory which takes them tothe top of D and puts Inter’s qualification prospects in jeopardy.

“It’s a sin,” he lamented. “Lyon are goodtechnically but we did everything wrong.

‘We didn’t show anything,’ he added. ‘It was almost as if we weren’t on the pitch – the team was confused. I was desperately screaming at them to play the ball on the floor but we didn’t manage to.

‘A team must always keep its organisation and today we didn’t.”

The defeat was Inter’s first at home inthe Champions League.
