Angel Di Maria has heard nothing about a potential move in January and insists he is fully focused on playing for Benfica.

The Argentina international has emerged as a possible target for a number of Premier League clubs during the transfer window following some eye-catching displays this season.

Manchester City are reported to interested in securing services while Chelsea, who have seen their transfer ban suspended, are also said to be keen.

Di Maria, however, is keen to distance himself from the rumours and instead concentrate his efforts on helping Benfica to success.

“I have not spoken to anybody and the only thought in my head at the moment is that I would like to continue playing for Benfica for many years,” he said.
