Diego has confirmed that he has opened discussions with Juventus about a possible move to the club next season.
The Brazilian forward admits that a deal will only be reached if his current club, Werder Bremen, sanction the move.
“Juventus have discussed an offer with us, but I cannot reveal any details to this point,” Diego is quoted as saying by TMW.
“I have a contract until 2011 with Werder Bremen, so my move also depends on the club and what they want.
“It is not up to me to say whether I will go or whether I will stay.”
The Bundesliga outfit are demanding €26 million for his services, whilst it has been reported that Juve are willing to offer around €20m.
