Arsenal midfielder Cesc Fabregas and full back Emmanuel Eboue will travel to Turin for Wednesday’s Champions League quarter-final second leg against Juventus, despite manager Arsene Wenger rating both players as only 40% likely to play.

“Cesc Fábregas and Emmanuel Eboué will be travelling to Juventus for this week’s Champions League quarter-final second leg,” read a club statement.

“Both were rated 60-40 against by [manager] Arsène Wenger immediately after the (Aston Villa) game, but both have recovered sufficiently to take their place in the travelling party for Wednesday’s tie.”

Both were hurt and came off early during Arsenal’s 5-0 victory over Aston Villa on Saturday and manager Arsene Wenger said they were unlikely to be fit for the European clash.

Spaniard Fabregas has a foot problem, while Ivory Coast’s Eboue is suffering from a groin injury.
