FC Basle defender Beg Ferati will join Freiburg next season.
The Bundesliga outfit have completed a deal which will see the 24-year-old join in July on a three-year contract.
“Beg Ferati is a young, experienced professional,” Freiburg’s director of sport Dirk Dufner told the club’s official website.
“He will strengthen the centre of our defence. Beg is the kind of player who fits in with our philosophy.”
Kosovo-born Ferati has played 51 games for Basle since joining them as a 19-year-old in 2005 and he impressed the Bundesliga outfit with his performances during this season’s Champions League.
