Inter’s Portuguese midfielder Luis Figo is planning to become a major business investor when he hangs up his boots in “one or two years”.

Figo, 34, told Diario Economico on Friday he will retire, “Soon. In on or two years.”

Figo said he would like to invest in hotels, real estate, energy and perhaps the fashion sectors.

“I love decoration and architecture,” said Figo.

The former Real Madrid and Barcelona player said he had not thought about becoming a coach or manager.
