Sebastien Frey has announced that he will leave Parma in the summer.
Manchester United are reported to be interested in the highly-rated keeper, but Internazionale are also reported to be interested in re-signing the 24-year-old.
“This is my last season at Parma,” Frey told Gazzetta dello Sport.
“I made sacrifices this year because everyone knows what situation Parma are in.
“I feel good here. I have a contract until 2007 but I can’t deny that my dream is to have an important experience and I think I deserve it.
“I have already been at Inter but I was young. Now, with [Massimo] Moratti’s esteem, it would be beautiful but it’s hard to think about it.
“I see the problems facing Francesco Toldo. He is criticised and jeered for his first mistake. I confess I have a little fear and many things would have to change in this aspect.
“The English idea is charming. Surely, Manchester are a big side but, in these years, I’ve become really attached to Italy.
“I don’t deny I could also stay in Italy.
“I admit I would like it.
“I can’t think about these things – the future and what it will be – until the end of the season.
“Because we will struggle until the end of the season to stay up.
“It’s a matter of respect towards the club and my team-mates.
“I don’t know what I will do. It isn’t known yet and it is too soon to tell it.”
