Gennaro Gattuso’s agent has played down talk linking the Milan midfielder with a move to Manchester City.
Reports claimed City were lining up a January bid for the Italy international.
Gattuso is reported to be unhappy at Milan under new coach Leonardo, with speculation indicating City could offer him a route out of the San Siro.
However, Gattuso’s representative, Andrea D’Amico, insists he has not heard anything from City and claims the 31-year-old is content at Milan.
“There is no truth in the Manchester City link,” D’Amico told skysports.com.
“I have had no contact with Manchester City at this moment.
“Gennaro is coming back from injury and he is okay at Milan.”
