Serie B club Genoa have completed the signing of Marco Di Vaio.
The former Juventus striker has returned to his native Italy following a disappointing spell in France with Monaco.
Di Vaio was also thought to be interesting the likes of Torino, Palermo and Milan but none of these clubs were prepared to offer him anything other than a loan deal until the end of the season, whereas Genoa have given the former Italian international a two-year deal.
