Birmingham winger Jesper Gronkjaer will complete his transfer to Primera Liga side Atletico Madrid, the English Premiership have confirmed.
The Blues said the 27-year-old will move in the January transfer window.
They did not disclose the size of the transfer fee but according to reports in Spain, a fee of £1.4m had been agreed for the Dane.
Gronkjaer has endured an unhappy five months at St Andrews since his £2.2m transfer from Chelsea in July.
