Chelsea haven’t lost to Bolton since 2003 and host the Trotters at Stamford Bridge on Tuesday – full betting here.

Hamburg have confirmed that defender Jerome Boateng will leave the club this summer.

Boateng is a long-term target for Manchester City and reports have emerged suggesting a deal has already been agreed for the 21-year-old.

Boateng is not out-of-contract at the Nordbank Arena – but he does have a clause in his contract that allows him to leave for a set fee, believed to be around £11million.

“Jorg Neubauer, the agent of Jereme (Boateng), has given us information that Jerome is planning to make a transfer (to another club) this summer,” spokesman Jorn Wolf told Sportinformationsdienst.

“There is no deal agreed yet, however. This is all I can say on that.”
