Diego Milito’s agent has confirmed that he has had a number of ‘interesting offers’ from English clubs for his client.
After leaving relegated Real Zaragoza last season the Argentinean joined Serie A side Genoa where he scored 19 league goals from 29 games this term.
Fernando Hidalgo declared last week that he was set for talks with a number of Premier League clubs over his client’s future and it now appears that some are set to make concrete offers
It is thought that Manchester City or Tottenham will be potential destinations should the frontman switch to England but Inter are expected to try and lure the striker to stay in Italy.
“English clubs have made interesting offers,” Hidalgo told La Gazzetta dello Sport.
“I am yet to speak with Inter. This will not happen today, but a meeting with president Massimo Moratti is possible.”
