Supporters will be allowed to watch Juventus’ home game against Lecce in Serie A on Sunday.
Juve were ordered to play this weekend’s match behind closed doors by the Italian league after supporters racially abused Inter striker Mario Balotelli in a 1-1 draw in Turin earlier this month.
The club lost a first appeal at the Italian soccer federation on Tuesday but decided to appeal again to the Italian Olympic Committee (CONI).
CONI has now released a statement to say the ban will be temporarily lifted while more evidence is examined.
