Milan playmaker Kaka has revealed that it would be ‘great’ to play in the Premier League ‘one day’.

The reigning World and European Player of the Year has been linked with a move to England, with Chelsea reported to interested in acquiring his services.

Reports have also claimed that Manchester City would be keen to sign the Brazilian following the Abu Dhabi United Group’s takeover of the club.

And the 26-year-old has confirmed he would be keen to play in the Premier League in the future.

“I like very much the Premier League,” Kaka told Sky Sports News.

“It’s a very tough championship, but there are a lot of big players and a lot of big teams, so now I think it’s the best championship in the world.

“So, one day maybe, I don’t know when, but it would be great to play in England.”

Kaka’s fellow Brazilian Robinho joined City for a British transfer record fee in the summer and he has impressed in the Premier League.

When asked if he would be interested in joining City, Kaka replied: “I have a lot of friends that are playing there, so I watch some games.

“I speak with Robinho and Elano sometimes about Manchester City.”
