Chelsea striker Mateja Kezman has dismissed reports linking him with a move to CSKA Moscow.

The Serbian striker has been a peripheral figure since his summer move to Stamford Bridge from PSV Eindhoven and there have been reports in the Russian media that CSKA had enquired about the possibility of taking him on loan.

However, Kezman has insisted he has no intention of leaving Stamford Bridge at the moment.

“It’s absolute nonsense,” Kezman told Glas Javnosti when asked about the possibility of moving to CSKA.

“There is no truth to that speculation and I really have no idea how my name has been connected with them.

“I have a very strong contract with Chelsea for the next three-and-a-half years and I am very much a part of the team.

“I skipped the last match against Tottenham due to a minor injury, but I expect to be fit for the next game with Portsmouth.”
