Florin Marin has resigned as coach of Romanian champions Dinamo Bucuresti for the second time this season.

His resignation follows a televised row between Marin and Dinamo general manager Cornel Dinu, where the pair blamed each another for the team’s poor start to the campaign.

Saturday’s 2-0 home defeat by Gloria Bistrita 1922 left Dinamo eighth in the table.

Although Marin received the backing of his board after that defeat, he walked out on the club along with assistant Esio Gerlain.

“Florin Marin left the club’s training camp today, which amounts to a resignation,” said Dinamo president Nicolae Badea.

Cornel Talnar has been installed as caretaker coach.

Marin initially quit the post in the summer because of his strained working relationship with Dinu but was persuaded to return to the club last month.
