Messina goalkeeper Nicholas Caglioni has tested positive for cocaine and could face suspension.
Traces of the drug were found in Caglioni’s blood after Messina and Catania’s game on February 11.
Caglioni is expected to be called before the Italian league’s disciplinary committee.
