Chelsea are still very much in the title-race, sitting just four points off the lead, however they know anything but a win over Everton will end their title hopes.

Milan boss Carlo Ancelotti has confirmed that he is not interested in brining Ignazio Abate to the club in the summer.

Abate began his career in Milan’s youth side but he never played and left the club for Empoli after a number of loan spells.

Then Milan took him back to the club in 2008, only to then send him to Torino in a co-ownership deal.

Despite a successful season in Turin, Ancelotti has revealed the 22-year-old will not be playing at the San Siro next term.

“Abate is a good player,” Ancelotti told Puntosport.

“But we do not need a player like him.”
