Milan have finally agreed a deal with Real Madrid for Emerson, just days after giving up on the deal.
The Champions League winners had become increasingly frustrated at the failure to agree a fee with Real and announced they had pulled out of the deal.
However, they have now confirmed they have signed the Brazilian in a deal worth around €5m.
Emerson is now due in Italy in the next 24 hours where he will sign a two-year deal at the Giuseppe Meazza.
Emerson joined Real Madrid from Juventus for an estimated fee of €16m last year after they were demoted for their part in the Italian match-fixing scandal.
