Man United are the new Premiership favourites after Chelsea slip up again, this time against Everton

Milan have suffered a double injury blow with the news that Mathieu Flamini and Thiago Silva face time on the sidelines.

Both players picked up knee injuries during Wednesday’s 2-0 defeat to Ajax in the Champions League.

Midfielder Flamini has suffered ligament damage and will be out of action for up to four weeks, while defender Silva will travel to Brazil next week to undergo further tests after injuring his meniscus.

The duo are not expected to return until January.
