Gabriel Milito has completed his transfer to Barcelona from Real Zaragoza.
The Argentinian defender signed a four-year deal at Camp Nou after passing a medical on Thursday.
Barca agreed a €20.5millionfee with Zaragoza for Milito’s services earlier this month.
“It’s a dream for me. Barca are widely considered the best team in the world,” the 26-year-old told a news conference.
“I have always wanted to come here and I hope I can repay the club on the pitch for the confidence they have shown in me.”
Milito is Barcelona’s fourth signing of the summer following the earlier arrivals of Thierry Henry, Yaya Toure and Eric Abidal.
