Vincenzo Montella is expected to complete his move to Fulham in the next 24 hours.
The former Italian international arrived in London on Wednesday and has already trained with his new teammates.
The 32-year-old Roma forward is set to sign a six-month loan move penning a permanent deal at Craven Cottage.
“It has been an ambition of mine to play in England at some point in my career and I am happy to be given the opportunity,” Montellla told Fulham’s web site.
“For me, I just want to play football and score goals, so I am looking forward to being able to do that with Fulham as soon as possible.”
