Tottenham can seal their place in the next round of the UEFA Cup with a result over Spartak Moscow this Thursday at White Hart Lane.

Valencia’s Portuguese defender Miguel believes he would be suited to playing in the Premier League.

Miguel admits he is enjoying life in Spain, but claims he is being tracked by numerous clubs.

“It is good that other teams have recognised what I am doing and that they are showing an interest in me,” he told The Sun.

“I am happy here. But my style of play would suit the English league.”

Chelsea boss Luiz Felipe Scolari worked closely with Miguel during his time in charge of Portugal and may want to strengthen his defence in the New Year.
