Nigeria’s African Nations Cup campaign has suffered another blow with the decision to kick out three members of the squad for alleged indiscipline.

Chelsea’s Celestine Babayaro, Portsmouth striker Yakubu Aiyegbeni and Victor Agali of Schalke 04 have all been told to leave the team’s base in Tunisia, said Nigerian Football Association general secretary Taiwo Obunjobi.

Nigeria began the campaign with a disappointing 1-0 defeat to Morocco, a result which leaves the Super Eagles in danger of failing to qualify for the knockout stages.
