Bologna have allowed Pablo Osvaldo to join Espanyol on loan for the rest of the season.

The 23-year-old only joined Bologna last January for €7million from Fiorentina but has managed just one goal in his time at the Staid Renato Dall’Ara.

The Argentinean born forward, also holds an Italian passport and has been linked with a move to West Ham, but has now opted for a switch to Spain.

“Osvaldo will spend the next six months in Spain with Espanyol,” Bologna general director Luca Baraldi confirmed.
