Real Madrid voach Carlos Queiroz has admitted he wants to return to coach in Portugal at some point in his career.

Queiroz, who only joined Real last summer as successor to Vicente Del Bosque, admitted he wants to end his career in his homeland.

“If God wants, I hope to have the opportunity to finish my career in Portugal, something that did not happen years ago,” Queiroz told Renascenca Radio.

“This is my dream, my fantasy and I hope that one day I can use my experience and contribute with my modest abilities.”

Queiroz even admmitted that the return to his homeland could come as soon as next season.

“It is never known in soccer. My return can be tomorrow, at the end of the season, or within two years.

“In this time, I have learned to think only about the present and the morning does not worryÊme tooÊmuch, where things passÊthat we cannot control.”
