José Antonio Reyes has reiterated his desire to leave Arsenal and join Real Madrid.
“Anyone would like to play for Real Madrid,” Reyes said at Spain’s training ground in Las Rozas. “Real Madrid are a very big club and you never shut the doors on anyone.”
It is the third time that Reyes has expressed an interest in playing for Madrid.
“It has been in the press that Madrid want to sign me for quite a long time,” he said, “but I don’t mind as long as I can concentrate on what I have to concentrate on and be happy in myself.”
According to reports in Spain, Reyes agent has been in discussions with Arsenal to pave a way for the former Sevilla forward to return to his homeland.
