Rivaldo has reportedly agreed to join La Liga’s bottom club Espanyol after Christmas.
After being released by Milan, the Brazilian is set for a return to Spain.
To finance the deal, the club are going to release several players with Adrian Bastia, Pierre Wome, Kevin Bobson and Raul Molina all candidates for the chop.
