Real Madrid have been dealt a huge blow with the news that Michel Salgado has suffered a serious knee injury.
Salgado left the pitch after just nine minutes of Tuesday night’s UEFA Champions League clash with Juventus, following a clash with Czech star Pavel Nedved.
Preliminary tests indicated knee ligament damage, which if confirmed, will rule the Spanish international full-bvack out for the remainder of the season.
