Sevilla have completed the signing of Russian striker Alexander Kerzhakov.
The Zenit St Petersburg star has signed a five-and-a-half year contract with the Spanish league leaders.
Sevilla are reported to have paid €5million to secure the Russian international who has scored eight goals in 32 games for his country.
The deal also incorporates a long-term partnership between the two clubs worth €15million.
“I think this is one of the biggest deals in Russia’s soccer history,” Zenit sporting director Konstantin Sarsania told Reuters.
“It includes many facets of soccer business. Kerzhakov’s transfer is just one of them.”
