Sevilla president Jose Maria Del Nido admits he is considering taking legal action against former coach Juande Ramos.
Ramos quit the La Liga side last month to sign a four-year deal with Tottenham.
Del Nido said: “Juande is already a part of the past of Sevilla.
“But the fact that Juande is part of the past doesn’t mean that Sevilla will not exercise action in the relevant courts to defend its interests, with all the necessary strength that the club has.
“We will not renounce anything but that doesn’t mean that we will publish what we will do.”
